Yes, all Special Recharge, SMS Pack, Rate Cutters,
Night Calling Voucher, STD and ISD rate Reducing voucher, power pack, buster
packs, special festival vouchers, student and Defiance packs and more special
pack available in my recharge combo system.
HOW BSNL TOP UP IS
DIFFERENT THAN BSNL RECHARGE?
Top up is valid for talk value and for validity,
SMS packs and power packs use BSNL recharge.
IS MULTIPLE RECHARGES
POSSIBLE THROUGH MY RECHARGE COMBO IN SAME DAY, SAME AMOUNT?
Yes, retailers can do mobile, DATA card and DTH
up to 9 times in a Single day only through mobile SMS and GPRS. For multiple
recharge through SMS type 02 second time 03 third time end of the SMS. And
through GPRS enter count 2, 3, 4 after entering mobile no and amount.
IS MY RECHARGE COMBO SIM
WORKING ON GPRS OR THROUGH SMS?
My recharge combo recharge system adopted high
end technology. Here in my recharge we provide 3 modes to recharge- through net
(with computer), through GPRS and through long code (SMS based).
I HAVE DOWN LOAD GPRS
LINK BUT THIS IS NOT WORKING WHAT TO DO?
If GPRS link not working than remove this from
your mobile hand set and again down load new link as supporting to your hand
set.

DIFFERENT STATE (STD) MOBILE NO. BY MY COMBO SIM IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, you can do it as like local mobile recharge
system, type only mobile no. not required 0 before mobile no.
HOW CAN I RECHARGE DTH
& MOBILE THROUGH SMS?
To recharge through SMS you required
SMS format like as- Type MRMC < space > User Id
< space >Service Provider Short Code < space > Mobile Number <
space > Amount to Recharge < space > Today Date - and send it to your
area VMN (for details please check my recharge website product page or company

HOW CAN I RECHARGE DTH
& MOBILE THROUGH GPRS?
To recharge mobile and DTH my recharge retailers
required to down load my recharge GPRS links as supported to your mobile hand
set.
IF ANY RECHARGE FAILED
THAN WHAT TO DO?
In my recharge Combo system recharge success
ratio is very high, but if any recharge failed or your customer complaining
regarding this than register complaint for this.
-you can Register complaint through SMS type SMS
RS<Space>Transaction id and send to your area VMN.
-you can also register this through GPRS
application.
-Through desk top PC or laptop-login your
retailer user id and in top up recharge area given option Help Desk, you can
register your request here.
-you can also register your request by calling

SOME TIME AMOUNT
DEDUCTED AT RECHARGE TIME BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION SMS WHAT TO DO?
Sometime SMS server overload and not received SMS
in this condition confirm user balance by calling his/her mobile provider help
line or by SMS.
WHAT TO DO IF THIS
TYPE SMS CAME-ADMIN HAVE BLOCKED THIS API/ RECHARGE SERVCIE DOWN/ LONG CODE BLOCKED
BY ADMIN?
If at recharge time this type SMS or display
coming than please wait for some time, it means some update work is going on
site and will start Shorty.
ARE ANY MINIMUM /
MAXIMU SALLING TARGETS FOR THIS?
No. This is your Freedom. How much you want to
do. This is your own business and total depends on you only. No any target for
recharge.
IS COMBO SIM VALID FOR
LIFE TIME OR ANY RENEWAL FOR THIS?
Combo SIM is valid for life time, No. any
renewal charge or fee after Activation.

ONLINE PAYMENT FOR RECHARGE IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, you can transfer amount to top up your
recharge account. All time transfer amount with matching your id last 2
digests. Example-if your id is xxxx54 than all time your transfer amount will
be xxx54, xx54, xxxx54.
I WANT TO TAKE TOP UP
BALANCE THROUGH CHEQUE?
Yes, you can do this to top up your recharge
account. All time make cheque amount with matching your id last 2 digests.
Example-if your id is xxxx26 than all time your cheque amount will be xxx26,
xx26, xxxx26.
HOW CAN I DEPOSIT CASH
AMOUNT?
Yes, you can do this to top up your recharge
account. Minimum amount more than 1000/- with matching last 2 Digits of your id
last 2 digits only in SBI and PNB, in AXIS bank Cash Deposit is chargeable
110/-per transaction. So deposit cash only in SBI & PNB.
WANT TOP UP BALANCE
VERY FAST WHAT TO DO?
All time deposit special payment with your id
last 2 digits and provide correct information like branch name, branch code,
deposit time, deposit amount, deposit date. If all information is correct and
pay received by company than it takes maximum 1 hr. if combo balance not issued
by company in this time it means some problem in your payment information.
WHY THIS COMPULSARY TO
DEPOSIT LAST 2 DIGIT MATCHING AMOUNT WITH MY RETAILER ID?
My recharge adopted auto approval of requests.
If your payment is special matching with last 2 digits than it will issue on
priority, otherwise it will take time and in some cases it may be required fax
also.
HOW TO REGISTER MY TOP
UP REQUEST?
After depositing amount retailers have 4 options
to register top up request-
-Through SMS TYPE -MD< space >Pin Center ID< space
>Amount< space >Bank Name< space >branch Code< space
>date< space >(Remark) Final SMS- MD PC00001 1000 SBI 00005 27 (PAY DEPOSIT at 2 PM)
And send it on your Area VMN no.
-Through
your retailer id- top up request option given in all
retailer id’s at top up recharge area.
-Through
GPRS-in all GPRS applications select top up request and fill all required option
and submit.
-Through
calling -retailers can make call to register top up request
to nearest franchise/ pin point or at my recharge help line.
IS ANY BENEFIT IF I
TAKE BULK TOP UP AMOUNT FROM COMPANY?
Yes, if any retailer Deposit 10,000 or more
amount than company will provide 0.25% extra Load incentive at same time.
I WANT TO TRANSFER TOP
UP AMOUNT TO MY FRIEND (ALREADY RETAILER IN MY RECHARGE) IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, after taking bulk top up amount from
company you can distribute this in your known retailers. Minimum transfer
amount is 300/- this facility available through Mobile SMS/GPRS and through
net.
For SMS use this format-TYPE-TFT < space > USER ID < space > TRANSFER ID < space
> Amount < space > DATE < space > than Remark and send on
your area VMN.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY
REGISTERED COMBO SIM ON OTHER MOBILE SIM, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, you can do this. For this purpose Mail from
your retailer id or call at my recharge help line through registered SIM. This
is chargeable 100/-.
CAN I USE MY RECHARGE
SERVICE ON SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY?
Yes, My recharge combo SIM facility available
24x7x365 days. Any retailer can do recharge any time.
WHAT IS MY RECHARGE?
My Recharge is an
Earning Programm through Mobile. By Registering with us members can earn by
Mobile & DTH Recharge, Binary, Spill income, Royalty, Rewards.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can sign up My recharge by paying 1800/- in
our company bank account or your nearest franchise. On behalf of your amount
company will provide you sponsor no, card no. and pin no. you can also join
direct under any member’s id by using his/her id as sponsor id.
WHAT IS CARD AND PIN NO.?
Card and pin no. is a unique no. that provide by My
Recharge for joining.
HOW CAN I BUY CARD NO. AND PIN NO.?
My Recharge
provides two option of buying pins.
First you can buy pins by depositing amount in company
bank account or through your nearest My Recharge franchise.
Second you can buy pins from you’re My Recharge member id online on 1800/- amount balance.

for all Indian citizens. Our retailers can book set top box for any one, from
anywhere.
(Example –if you are in Delhi and want to book set top box for Mumbai than you can do this from your retailer id top up option. Someone wants to gift DTH connection to relative or friend than he/she can book through my recharge retailer.)
